The heat treatment workshop has 2 carburizing double-row continuous furnaces, 1 carburizing and quenching multifunctional furnace and 1 vacuum quenching furnace. The machine processing workshop has 70 CNC cars, more than 60 other machine tools and 8 processing centers. At present, the company mainly and China Second Automobile, Shaanxi Automobile, Xugong and other users supporting. In August 2017, the company passed the IATF/16949:2016 Quality Management System Certification.
