It is divided into forging workshop, machining workshop 1, machining workshop 2, heat treatment workshop and forging workshop. The forging workshop has 15 forging equipment, including 5 Russian electric screw presses, 5 domestic friction presses, 1 hot die forging press, 2 hydraulic presses and 3 closed single point presses. The heat treatment workshop has 2 carburizing double-row continuous furnaces, 1 carburizing and quenching multifunctional furnace and 1 vacuum quenching furnace. The machine processing workshop has 70 CNC cars, more than 60 other machine tools and 8 processing centers.
